    Can I take photos inside?
    A.

    Photography is allowed inside the Promotion Center.

  • Q.
    When and where can I collect my souvenir?
    A. [Promotion Center] Souvenirs can be collected in person at the Promotion Center (Incheon Airport) within two weeks of application.
    * If you do not collect your souvenir within two weeks, you will be penalized and unable to apply again for one month.
     
  • Q.
    Can I change the location for collecting my souvenir?
    A. If you wish to change your delivery address for home shipping, please contact the call center (1670-8904). You may change your collection method between home delivery and in-person pickup only once. Please note that once changed, you can only receive your souvenir using the new method, so choose carefully.
     
  • Q.
    Can foreigners also apply for a Visitor Passport?
    A.

    Foreign visitors, both those residing in Korea and tourists visiting Korea, are eligible to apply for a Visitor Passport.

  • Q.
    Is international shipping available?
    A.

    International shipping is not available. If you enter an address of an accommodation in Korea, delivery will not be possible.

    I made a mistake when applying for a passport. How can I cancel it?
    A.

    Please contact the Visit Korean Heritage Campaign Customer Service Center (1670-8904) for assistance.

    What experience programs are offered at the Korean Heritage Visitor Center?
    A.

    At the Promotion Center, you can digitally experience Korea’s national heritage. You can also collect your Visitor Passport, get stamps, and receive travel information and other services.

    *Digital experience offerings: VR Experience Zone, Korean Heritage Media Art, Transparent OLED, Chroma Key Time Traveler, etc.
